Recipe: Teething Blend for Babies

Teething sucks. It’s so frustrating and can be painful too for little ones. And parents also get frustrated because ofcourse we want our little ones to feel better! My 4th baby is my most irritated teether compared to my other three so I’ve been using essential oils to help him through teething. Here’s my teething blend that I use for him ~ hope it gives your little one some relief as well!

Teething Blend for Babies
I make this teething blend for customers as well as for my own teething baby. Because essential oils should be highly diluted when using with young babies, this blend is going to be slightly less than 1% dilution.

Prep Time
10 min
  1. 1 drop of Clove Bud Essential Oil
  2. 2 drop of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
  3. 1 ounce of Organic Olive Oil (about 2 tablespoons)
  1. In a 1 oz ounce dark color glass bottle (important - don't use plastic as it will leach into your blend), drop in 1 drop of Clove Bud essential oil and 2 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil.
  2. Then gently pour in (I like to use a small stainless steel funnel) organic olive oil.
  3. Cap your bottle and shake, then store in a cabinet for 24 - 48 hours for the oils to infuse.
  4. To use: put a small amount on your clean fingers and rub gently on baby's jawline. This blend can also be used on the bottom of feet.
  1. As always ~ keep your blends away from children.
  2. I can also make this blend for you. To order, please visit our custom aromatherapy blend link below.

You are a life saver!!!! My 6 mos old is having a difficult time with teething. We’ve been using Hyland’s Homeopathic tablets, but I sometimes I think the pain is too much for my little guy. I ordered a teething blend! Can hardly wait to use it on my little one.

Is there such a thing as a “maximum applications allowed per day” with this teething blend?

Great blog/site.
I know this is off the radar of most of your categories but wondered if you might have anyone in your community that has dealt with dystonia and how they were able to cope with things? I am just reaching out to find help for a friend

I came into the store desperate for some relief for my toddler. I have never been so happy with any other product as I am with this blend. I cannot thank you enough!!!
